Since 2013 Chelsea has played an active role in a variety of projects at OEA. Early in her career she was responsible for creating the renderings and graphics essential to project visualization, town approvals, and fundraising efforts. Recently she has taken on the role of Construction Administration, overseeing the completion of a commercial building renovation on Newbury Street in Boston, a residential addition and renovation project in Mid-Coast Maine, and currently a home renovation underway in New Hampshire. Her diverse skill set has allowed her to contribute to a variety of drawing efforts in the office as well, including the Scituate Town Library, Martha’s Vineyard Museum, and Old Lighthouse Museum, among others.
Born in Tennessee, Chelsea studied at Northeastern University where she obtained a Bachelor’s of Science degree in Architecture in 2013. On weekends she can be found volunteering at the Museum of Fine Arts, Boston.
